Recipe with EKG

Post by haz66 » Sat Apr 18, 2009 4:21 pm

As anyone got a recipe for a beer with EKG, i bought 100g
with a beer in mind but i`m blowed if i can find the recipe i was gonna do.
Can i just make a single hop brew with it or is it best to use with something else.
I have a lot of Hops but dont want to use most of them in anything other than what they were bought for.
So the only spare hops i really have are Northdown,Target,Hallertau,Goldings, and Boddicea that i could use
with the EKG.
Any suggestions would be great.

Brilliant as i have just about 60g of Boddicea so that will work out good.
Thanks for the quantities.

Northdown are a good substitute for challenger. I also like to use EK and Challenger but have used Northdown as well, the result has been just as good.
