i just made this up, im planing on brewing it on saturday morning,im hoping for a nice blonde ale for when the weather starts picking up,
what do you lot think of it?
morris otter pale malt 4500g
torrified wheat 350g
wheat malt 150g
flaked maize 150g
WGV 8.6 AA 32 IBU ( 90 min)
WGV 25g (15 min)
WGV 15g ( 0 mins )
Windsor yeast

Looks nice. The only thing I'd change is the Windsor yeast - to maybe Nottingham or US-05, to give a crisper finish which is more suited to a blonde ale IMHO.

i see what your saying about the windors yeast , i was going to use it because ive done a couple simalar and ive used nottingham on both to let the hops come threw, so i was going to try windors for a differents,
ive only got windsor or S-04 so i may use the S-04 now instead, thinking about it.
