Summer Ale

Hi,

As ever the optimist and with the hope of a scorching British summer, I would like to brew a summer ale. I very much like Badger's Golden Glory, Golden Champion and also Fuller's Discovery and was wondering whether there was a malt extract recipe for any of these brews. I'm also open to suggestions, so if you know of any great summer ale recipes then let me know.

I highly recommend Cascade hops. Drinking a nice summer ale at the min using this hop. Zesty and citrusy notes.

Also, use part (or all) lager malt, or some low colour pale malt to get a nice light golden colour....
