Opinions sought on Pioneer and Boadicea

I'm thinking of trying this recipe:

Pale Malt 3650 grams 81.3%
Crystal Malt 200 grams 4.5%
Munich Malt 400 grams 8.9%
Torrefied Wheat 170 grams 3.8%
Chocolate Malt, Pale 70 grams 1.6%

Pioneer 9.3 % 60 mins 16 grams
Boadicea 5.6 % 10 mins 25 grams
Pioneer 9.3 % 10 mins 25 grams
Boadicea 5.6 % 0 mins 25 grams

Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.046

Bitterness: 30 EBU

Yeast: I am thinking of the brewlab thames valley3 or white shield, inspired by Chris.

What are your thoughts on the Hops? I haven't used either before and reading a bit about them both it said the pioneer had a pleasant strong aroma which seemed a waste to put entirely on bittering so I put some in on 10 minutes with the boadicea. Is this a good idea? I read somewhere, murphsons I think, that boadicea has little aroma. Will these compliment or should I just use one or the other?

I usually put an ounce or two of normal chocolate in a recipe like this for a bit of flavour, what's the opinion on the pale chocolate as I have never used that either. Should I up it a bit more?
