This is what I'm drinking at the min:

Cascade Raid

8-C Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale)
Date: 26/05/2009

Size: 23 L
Efficiency: 80.0%
Attenuation: 85.0%

Original Gravity: 1.051 (1.048 - 1.060)
Terminal Gravity: 1.008 (1.010 - 1.016)
Color: 7.4 (6.0 - 18.0)
Alcohol: 5.64% (4.6% - 6.2%)
Bitterness: 32.8 (30.0 - 50.0)

Ingredients:
4700.0 g English 2-row Pale
200.0 g British Crystal 55°L
20.0 g Target (9.6%) - added during boil, boiled 90 min
36.0 g Cascade (7.6%) - added during boil, boiled 10.0 min
30.0 g Cascade (7.6%) - steeped after boil
34.0 g Cascade (7.6%) - added dry to secondary fermenter

This beer is great. Massive on flavour and aroma. A real citrus zesty explosion. If you don't have any Target, use all Cascade and lessen the dry hop quantity. I did go a little over the top on the dry hops. Glad I did though, amazing aroma. :D
