I having been looking for this for ages but I was given the rough recipe from a certain brewery near by recently. I have not tried it yet as I don't have the right hops but I think I will do something similar using alternative hops soon:
5 gallons:
Pale Malt 3840 grams 87%
Wheat Malt 130 grams 3%
Flaked Maize 440 grams 10%
Bittering- equal quantites of both. I don't know the IBU of Crop Circle so you we need to find this out to get the calculate quantity of hops
East kent goldings
Pioneer
I think they use 2.5Kg of each hop in a 20 barrel brew plant so we can scale that down to a 5 gallon batch.
Aroma:
EKG
Pioneer
Tentnang
I have no idea how much aroma hop quantity to use but I don't think it matters much. I am not sure if there is corriander in this one and I have no experience of using this in beers yet (I am quite new to beer brewing)
This recipe should provide you with a good start and get somewhere close to Crop Circle with a bit of luck.

BTW: I have currently created this Crop Circle recipe in Beer Engine using the hops I have. I cannot remember if I made up the the figure of "35 IBU" or not but the OG should be ok.

Wheat Malt 3.5 EBC 0 lbs. 4.6 oz 130 grams 3%
Flaked Maize 0 EBC 0 lbs. 15.5 oz 440 grams 10%

Challenger Whole 7.6 % 90 mins 0 lbs. 0.8 oz 23 grams 50%
Whitbread Golding Whole 6.4 % 90 mins 0 lbs. 0.8 oz 23 grams 50%
