Temporary name until I can think of something better, I saw a recipe fairly similar but I didn't have any Amber malt, or first goldings, I do however have plenty of crystal malt and EKG's. Thoughts?
23L 28 EBU
Maris Otter 3200 gms
Crystal Malt 60L 360 gms
Wheat Malt 70 gms
EKG 36 gms Hops 90 minute boil
EKG 17 gms Hops last 15 minutes
