Hi All
I'm sure this has been asked many times before however, is there a standard formula to calculate/estimate EBC of a recipe containing different Malts such as Pale, Crystal, Black, Roasted Barley etc?
I realise this can be done with colour charts or a spectrophotometer, just recall it can be estimated for a brew recipe?
Any help greatly appreciated
