I'm in sunny NZ as well and would love to be able to clone this beer. Only info I can find is the suggestion that PR is 100% MO and flavoured with US hops. No idea what these are or what yeast. Made any progress? Cheers.

Which Pale Rider are you after? There's more than one brewery making a beer of that name.
