Last of the Challenger

A brew I knocked up a couple of weeks ago, just tasting now and it is very nice and easy drinking.
Used up the last of my challenger stock.

4.5 Pale Malt 3600g 74.2%
120 Crystal Malt 750g 15.5%
5.5 Wheat Malt 500g 10.3%

Volume
25 litres
Efficiency
80 %

Goldings 10g 18.2%
Challenger 45g 81.8%

O.G. F.G. ABV
1045 1012 4.5%

A little too bitter now it has settled down a bit. :oops:

Half a teaspoon of sugar per pint balances it out though. :=P
