I want to brew an All Grain ale which is light in colour with a fairly sweet taste and a good feel in the mouth. Maybe with a citrus, flowery cascade/amarillo type of flavour.
Any ideas on which grains will give the sweetness and perhaps a suggestion for a dried yeast, please.........oh and the hops!! Come to think of it a recipe would be good

Anyone fancy brewing it for me, I can manage the drinking part
Looking forward to what you come up with, cheers!
John
