any good extract christmas recipes?

Hi All

Fancy getting a Christmas brew on very shortly and have moved on recently from kits to extract brewing. Still fairly new to this so any advice will help me. I plan to use 1.5kg hopped liquid malt extract and add 500g hopped light DME and 250g crushed crystal malt. I will boil the crystals for (????????????please advise????) in 6 litres of water which I will add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground cloves and 1/2 tsp ginger (is that enough??) then add to the LME and DME and top up to 5 GAL with cold water. Add one campden tab and pitch yeast when cooled to 22-25oC.

Am i OK with this procedure or am I missing something or doing anything wrong???

please let me know if you have any better thoughts?
