Todays recipe- any thoughts?

Hi, I'm knocking up this today to use up some 'leftover' hops in the freezer.

Any thoughts? Good or bad?

bobek Whole 10 grams end of boil

Final Volume: 23 Litres

Looks good to me, the Bobek will add a nice flavour with the end of boil addition.

To be honest, I'd dry hopped but I'd never really hopped at the end of the boil until reading this forum. Worked well with my amber ale.

Anyway, ust sparging at the minute.

Had a great success with the mash. I lined the inside of the lid of my cheapo converted coolbox with a rectangle of polystyrene. Then today I wrapped it up in my sleeping bag. The hour turned into an hour and a half due to supermarket trip and it had only dropped 0.6 of a degree in that time. Sleeping bag will now be involved in every mash.
