That looks familiar......should come out nicely! Mine certainly went down well.....
I'm not 100% sure about the Nelson Sauvin for the hops as they have a very distinctive flavour which might come through. However - it might be great in a stout! I made one with a 15 minute Cascade addition and that was excellent.
If you are kegging and want the really creamy head, you'll probably need to use Nitrogen/CO2 mixed gas to carbonate it with. Although it will taste just the same without....

Yeah I understand the NS hops are 'quite fruity' to say the least but it was the high alpha I was going for.
Nevermind we shall see how it goes!
Might be kegging it, is there anyway I can do the gas mix without going for a full cornie setup?? Ive only got a few bottles left so I was thinking of putting it in the KK....any tips...?
