[Req]Purity Mad Goose
Does anyone have a recipe for this light and refreshing pint. The mother in law brought one for me when she visited. In a bottle it's just the perfect post work drink.
Drinking: Turbo Cider, Black Rain Stout, Jotun Killer Double Stout, Apple Wine, AG#1 F.A.G,
Fermenting: Bramble Wine
Conditioning: Blueberry Jam Mead, Gales Mead, HLM EPIC FORCE Methegln, Tropical Juice TC on an orange mead slurry, AG#2 S.L.A.G.
Waiting for Space: Muntons Conn: Bock

Ahh, my favourite recent discovery. I'm also after a recipe, but having looked at their website, they do tell you the ingredients but not the quantities
Brewed with Maris Otter Malt, Caragold and Wheat Malt with Hallertau bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops.Light copper in colour with a great zesty hop character with citrus overtone
I do plan on doing a bit of experimenting tho. I was thiking of going along the lines of
Mad Goose
Pale Malt 4040 grams 80%
Caramalt 505 grams 10% (in place of Caragold)
Wheat Malt 505 grams 10%
Simcoe Whole 13.2% 90 mins 15 grams (cheaper for bittering than Hallertauer)
Bobek Whole 5.2% 15 mins 20 grams (I haven't got any Williamette)
Cascade Whole 5.7% 15 mins 20 grams
And dry hop with 20g of cascade
Final Volume: 21 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 4.9% ABV
Bitterness: 35
Colour: 12 EBC
It will probably taste nothing like it, but, hey it's still beer

Hmmm, my favourite new beer too! I was thinking along the lines of this since ABV is 4.2% in cask, also dialling back the colour a bit to get that real pale ale hue!
