I'd like to try and clone a Lindemanns Gueuze. Anyone managed to brew one? is it possible to make a partial mash version?

You need about three years worth of Lambic first to make Gueuze (a blend of young and old lambic) so you better get cracking!

Recipes are usually half and half pilsner malt and raw unmalted wheat and aged hops. You'll need a lambic blend yeast from one of the liquid yeast suppliers or you could culture from commercial lambic.
