Thanks guys, the slide makes for a quick get away.

I did buy a 6'x'4' shed to brew in but the little monster took over that so I'm back in the garage.

I'm still waiting for a chiller so off the bed to cool, pitch in the morning.

All done in 6 hours, just got to clean up now.

Nice PDC!

Let me know how it pans out - I made a Mild the other day from M.O., Munich, Dark Crystal, CaraMunich and Chocolate Malt (bottom of the grain bin mild kind of thing). Would love to hear how your one does, I have not tried making a mild from mild malt.

Hi Guys I'll be making this one again, I've tried 20 or so pints just to make sure but for me it is a good 'un.

The Mild Ale Malt is in no way Cloying - I'd trim down the wheat next time though the taste of it lingers a little too long for me.

Nottingham was my yeast of choice I'd like to try something different next time. Maybe a brewlabs midland.

I've handed out a few bottles maybe i'll get a few reviews on here.
