Parti-Gyle Bitter recipe

Heres my Parti-Gyle Recipe that provides my two "house ales' . This is the recipe I brew the most.

Berhampore Best / O-Street Bitter

Grist:

- 7.5kg Bairds Marris Otter Pale Malt
- 200g Fawcetts Dark Crystal
- 100g light crystal

Berhampore Best (Target O.G. 1048, volume 19litre)

Adjunct:

- 100g Demarera
- 100g brown sugar
- 4 tspns molassis

Hops:

- Goldings 55g (60min)
- Goldings 30g (20min)
- Goldings 40g (10min)
- Goldings 40g (1min)

O-Street Bitter (Target O.G. 1039 volume 19litre)

Hops:

- Goldings 44g (60min)
- Goldings 25g (10min)
- Goldings 25g (5Min)
- Styrian Goldings 40g (1min)


Saf S-04 used for both.
