Should be easy enough to knock something out very similar in terms of the grain bill and hops (or lack off), however i think you'll struggle to get that caffrey feeling without access to nitrogen, its very much an ale with creamy guinness style nitrogen head and body, you won't be able to acheive this with just co2 be it in a keg or bottle.
