Converting recipes to mini-mash

This could be the shortest thread on the forum! If I want to convert a recipe from 23L to mini-mash (for 5L), do I just multiply all the quantities by 5/23 or are there other factors to be taken into account?

Like, do some of the ingredients only "work" in larger quantities for instance?
