I thought the tour at black sheep was much better yes - and the Theakston tour guide did tell us about adding sugars back in to make back the OG (though she also referred to them sparging down to the required gravity also, so I imagine that much of it is done for commercial considerations).pdtnc wrote:Blacksheep was much better
