Pilgrims Progress

After the success of my last hopped named beer Nelson's Gem (made with ,you guessed it ,Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Gem)
I thought i would have a go at Pilgrims Progress (made with surprise surprise ,Pilgrim and Progress)

I was bored so i knocked up a label as well.

Starting to use the Brewmate software and i am really getting used to it.Also this is the first brew since i had my water analysed.
I am adding 25g of DWB into the mash and 7ml of AMS to the liquor

Are you going to Bedfordise your water? :lol:
Drinking: Turbo Cider, Black Rain Stout, Jotun Killer Double Stout, Apple Wine, AG#1 F.A.G,
Fermenting: Bramble Wine
Conditioning: Blueberry Jam Mead, Gales Mead, HLM EPIC FORCE Methegln, Tropical Juice TC on an orange mead slurry, AG#2 S.L.A.G.
Waiting for Space: Muntons Conn: Bock

I'm not 100% sure how I knew that either - too much time in pub quizzes probably (in fact I thought it was one of Bedford and St Albans, and it turns out Bedford is the one).

Looks like an interesting recipe - let us know how it goes.

Pours clear from a bottle but mouthfeel like a draft beer.Not to carbonated .Head stays all the way down to bottom.
Lots of malt flavours toffee and biscuit , balanced by a hoppy bitterness.
Tastes alot like Bath ales Gem which i like.
Best beer i have made so far.
