Stockpiling the pale and hoppy. Second straw color beer on its way. The first I doubt will be around long. Currently dry hopping with Amarillo.

13lbs. 2-row pale
1lbs. crystal 15L
.5lbs. Wheat
1 ounce Columbus 14.2 AA%FWH
1 ounce Citra 11.1 AA% @ 20
1 ounce Citra @ 10
Yeast: WLP-029 German Kolsch

O.G. 1.058
F.G 1.013
5.8% abv.
73 IBU's

I'll be drinking this during our annual 4th of July celebration. I'm sure many of you are familiar with that one? No problem really. It's just another excuse to bbq and get pishy.

This sounds pretty good, never really tried any of the american hops, will try and see if they available this side of the pond. =P~

A lot of people are big on cacades. Personally I think they are overdone and overrated. My first choice for an american style ale would be amarillo.
I'm just here for the beer.
