finishing hops Magnum & Crystal
dry hopping Magnum, Crystal & Citra
bitterness units 65
malts Two-row Pale, & Crystal (start with 4% crystal I guess).

It's quite a dark beer, I would go with the dark crystal and use a fair amount.

Is that a copy paste?
I've read the SN website and a few recipes on various other forums but thought I'd ask on here to see if there was anything definitive.
Cheers :)

Yes I haven't seen Citra for sale anywhere although I'm definately after them after trying both Oakham Citra and Roosters Citra recently. Really tasty hop assuming both beers actually contain Citra.

Anyway Citra is only in the dry hopping according to Sierra Nevada site so I would of thought you could get away not using it if its not available.

I had a beer at the Brew Wharf that used Citra - certainly has a lovely nose.

I have just ordered some Citra, along with Riwaka, Rakau, Motueka and NS from Craftbrewer in Auz.
Expensive, but time to try some of these when it cools down a bit!

you could always order some from the US. Citra Pellets are only $1.79 an ounce (which would convert to less than a fiver for 113g) from Rebel Brewer. I have no idea what shipping would be thou.
