I've 3 kg Munich malt
3kg Lager malt
1 kg wheat malt
1 kg crystal
As for hops I've got
Fuggles, challanger, EKG, target and Hallertauer Mittlefruh
I was thinking 50/50 lager/Munich, 10% crystal, might not add any wheat
Maybe just EKG? reasonably lightly hopped 15ish IBU
What I'm trying for is a pale easy drinking ale, that maybe a miller drinker would like
