If you want the malty taste then i would up the munich a little... say to 1kg

you could also add some aromatic malt in the mix, say 5%

What yeast are you planning.

For the malty brews i like wyeast 1318.

Yeah go 1kg or 1.5kg Munich if you like your brew malty.

I've got a 100% Munich brew in secondary and it's tasting great out of the FV - not too malty.

i think i would also up the munich to about 1kg
for a slighly maltier brew
