Right, after not finding a Skinners Cornish Blonde clone, i've decided to create my own (ish).
For those who don't know it, the Cornish Blonde is a wheat beer using wheat malt and English Hops. Really refreshing!
My attempt is as follows.
23L Brew Length
Ingredients
3.2kg Maris Otter
2.4kg Wheat Malt
83gm Goldings 4.8% (90min)
10gm Goldings 4.8% (5min)
S-04 Yeast Starter
Beer Profile
5.5% ABV
4.7 SRM
43.9 IBUs
Nice and simplez!
How does it sound?

It's your recipe at the end of the day, so don't be put off by anyone suggesting you should change it. There will be plenty of opinions! If it was me, I would drop the early hops to 60g and put 20g in about 20 mins from the end to give a bit more flavour rather than just bitterness and some aroma.

Hmm, great idea! I haven't made a truly hoppy beer yet!

Sounds a good one.
Haven't made an English Ale with that much wheat in and I do love a good English wheat beer.
Good luck with it.
