Recipe looks fine to me I asked the same question about yeast I used S04 it turned out very nice.viewtopic.php?f=12&t=33643

I've made a Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout a couple of times now. On one of them I used S-04 and for the other I used S-33. And I have to say the S-33 tasted better. Not sure how to describe it really other than it was a fuller taste - though both were great beers. Of course that's just my opinion
