Oat Stout Recipe - Yeast Suggestions

Pale malt 4500 grams
Rolled oats (oven baked) 400 grams
Flaked barley 400 grams
Roasted barley 400 grams
Chocolate malt 170 grams

Fuggles 90 mins 38 EBU
Colour 200 EBC
OG. 1050
FG. 1015
ABV. 4.5%

Comments on the recipe welcome.
Using dry yeast at the moment so yeast suggestions appreciated!

Recipe looks fine to me I asked the same question about yeast I used S04 it turned out very nice.viewtopic.php?f=12&t=33643

I've made a Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout a couple of times now. On one of them I used S-04 and for the other I used S-33. And I have to say the S-33 tasted better. Not sure how to describe it really other than it was a fuller taste - though both were great beers. Of course that's just my opinion :)
