Which combination?

Hi,

In my freezer I have Crystal, Aurora, First Gold and Bravo.

I'm making a beer based on Golden Promise with a small amount of 'something else'. I'm thinking a nice simple 90% GP + 10% something else.

I have lots of other malts to choose from on hand......chocolate, black, vienna, biscuit, crystal, rye...a bit of everything really

I have some Cara Red which I haven't used before too...I quite fancy a red ale!

Any ideas?
Hop combination?
Malt combination?

Any pointers appreciated.
