Its that time for another what do I need to use brew. So here it is.

Hop Variety Type Alpha Time lb: oz grams Ratio
EKG Whole 4.8 % 90 mins 0 lbs. 1.2 oz 34 grams 37.9%
Hallertauer Hersbrucker Whole 3 % 15 mins 0 lbs. 1.5 oz 42 grams 46.4%
Saaz Whole 2.8 % 15 mins 0 lbs. 0.5 oz 14 grams 15.7%
Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.011
Alcohol Content: 4.5% ABV
Total Liquor: 35.7 Litres
Mash Liquor: 11.8 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 26.6907766398463 EBU
Colour: 17 EBC
Mash is already on so any suggestions on hops? I have many open bags in the freezer!
The Hallertauer and Saaz are approximate as I haven't weighed them out yet so not sure how much I have of each! Should really keep a note of what i'm using.

I ended up only having 12g saaz and 34g hallertuer. I used 37g of EKG too.
Not sure what happened but I ended with 22l only.
