JHB-ish

Post by JabbA » Thu Nov 04, 2010 2:56 pm

I finally got round to ordering a load more hops in (top service and prices from Rob at MM, as always!) and am going to get round to a nice hoppy quaffing number loosely based on JHB and not to dissimilar to Buntingford's Twitchell I had earlier this week.

Anyways here's the recipe I've cobbled together. Hopefully going to get round to it this weekend.

Using Nottingham, last time I used US-O5 in my Autumn Sunset it took an age to clear- actually after nearly 3 months it's still not clear! Thinking about it I used the last of my Notts for my Pendle Witches clone, S0-4 it is then :)

Comments welcome!

Cheers,
Jamie
