Planning this for tomorrow got loads of Brambling Cross and thought i would try something a little different using the Pioneer. Brupaks state its dual purpose so will see what its like as a late addition i will probably time allowing steep 20 or 30g at 80c as well going back to Maris Otter so hopefully my efficiency will go back up but will leave the recipe as it is it may make a strongish xmas ale
