It could be some kind of Porter, it can't be a mild as it's fairly well hopped. I suppose it could be a stout with no Roast Barley.

Personally, I'd move the Target to the start of the boil and knock it to 15g, and Northdown to 10 mins and down to 20g, dunk the Cascade and Fuggles at 5mins or 0 mins. This will roughly keep you at 45 IBU. But hey, that's just me.
