european beer book suggestion
Can anyone suggest a good book with recipies for lagers, pilsners etc.?
Re: european beer book suggestion
this one is a beauty but a tad expensive at the moment: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brew-Classic-Eu ... 1852491175
it covers many different styles other than lagers and pilseners but the section on these is fairly extensive and includes the classics like Budvar and Urquell. A few good british and belgian ales too plus dark lager, bock and esoteric beers
