Well the festive season has seen moderate drinking. but the ales that have been enjoyed have been relatively hefty affairs of 6.7 and 7.5 % respectively.
With this in mind i have planned the first 2 brews for the new year( although not until around 15th jan) and i would like your thoughts gents if you please.
The idea is to have something that is tasty yet much lighter then the previous ones.

The second is using a bag of high alpha columbus i have in the freezer. this one will be fermented with 05 and i am debating whether or not to fine this before kegging/bottling as i have read mixed reviews regarding the flocculation ability of this yeast.
