Got this brew in the FV a couple of hours ago
FERMENTABLES
Marris Otter 3390grms
Crystal Malt 555grms
Sugar 605grms
Black Malt 29grms

HOPS
Goldings 5.2% AA 65grms 90 mins
Goldings 5.2% AA 22grms 10 mins
Goldings 5.2% AA 10grms 80 celcius
Danstar Windsor Yeast
OG 1.048
EBU 40.8
EBC 41
Final Volume 23Ltrs

Due to the amount of hops I added another 3 Ltrs sparge water thinking they would soak up a lot more than usual and ended up with 25 Ltrs in the FV at an OG of 1.046.
I had a taste from the trial jar and its got the nice hoppiness and Goldings taste that I was after. This is my 5th AG brew and the first recipe that I have done myself using Beer Engine,so I am looking forward to 6 weeks or so for a taste, any thoughts on how this will turn out from you guys with loads of AG brewing experience would be appreciated
Cheers FUBAR
