This weekends brewing plan
Got to use up my old stocks of hops before the next lot turn up.
So i'm going to start using the hops in the mash and in the sparge water
dry hop during and after fermentation

Will you be bringing a sample to the next MCBA meeting Simon, or will it need longer to condition? Sounds tasty.

Looks good. But I would take the hops from the sparge water and put them at the end of the boil or dry hopped.
The pre boil hops give you probably something, but essentially they would be served better by a million % by being used for aroma.

All done and dusted.Five gallons at 1.052
I wont put the first dry hops in until the main fermentation has died down a bit .
I think i don't have a enough head space in the fermenter and it would be a waste
of hops if they decide to climb out the bucket with the yeast head.
