Suggest me some yeast

I'm looking to brew the following two recipes - I was gonna use WLP002 for the first, but I think the starter I have is a little iffy (I suspect a lacto infection). The second I have a recipe for, but no yeast decided. I have some WLP005, Morland and Harveys laying around (the last two I have not used so not really familiar with their characteristics), as well as S04 and Windsor but happy to get some other strain if there's a good suggestion. I thought both would be English style recipes (hopefully for a Christening at the end of April , but I'm suffering a lack of inspiration! Flocculant strains a bonus, but not necessarily a must (recipe feedback welcome too!).

Here goes:

Recipe 1: 100% Challenger

Pale 92%
Crystal 120EBC 8%

Challenger 6.4% 40g 90min
Challenger 6.4% 20g 25min
Challenger 6.4% 20g 10min
Challenger 6.4% 20g 0min

OG 1042, 32 IBU

Recipe 2: Saazy!

Pale 87%
Wheat malt 8%
Crystal 60EBC 5%

Fuggle 3.8% 15g 90min
Saaz 3.3% 65g 90min
Saaz 3.3% 50g 15min
Saaz 3.3% 30g 0min

OG 1046, 37IBU

I think i'd be tempted to use wlp southwold for the top one mate. It flocs well, and adds a nice something. I use it a bit. Tend to cultivate it from previous batches as it's only available at certain times.

I've used WLP028 http://www.whitelabs.com/beer/strains_wlp028.html for two very similar recipes and its a yeast I'd like to use again, it fermented well, top-cropped brilliantly lovely thick and creamy, didn't finish too low, didn't subdue the hops.

Cheers chaps - I used WLP028 a few times last year too, and the results were pretty good, but I found it was a sod to get to stay clear (very loose fine sediment) - pdtnc, did you find that as well?

I'm currently thinking about using Morland for the Challenger based brew (as I have some laying around already - I started some on a stir plate last night), though I'm also tempted to use Windsor in it too, as much as I hate trying to clear it. I'd like to try the Southwold strain (I've used 1335 lots which is allegedly equivalent - though I believe they behave differently from stuff I've seen) but it doesn't appear to be available at all.

For the Saaz based brew, I was looking for something with a little body to it, but not something that's going to drown out the delicate hops (though there's a lot to have to drown out..). Perhaps WLP028 is a good choice, or perhaps WLP013 (but again, not a great flocculator)?

I found WLP028 to clear pretty well in the bottle, though I never kegged any to know how that was.
