I had a freezer drawer full of hops and a mind to use a chunk of them up. Just put this frankenhop US-style IPA in the FV. Should be interesting!

Brew 22: Leftovers IPA

Using up leftover hops
Brew length: approx 40L

Water treatment:
55L
54 ml CRS (Brupaks)
1 Camden tab

Fermentables:
7500kg Pale Malt, Marris Otter (Warminster)
500g Caramalt (Warminster)
500g spraymalt (Muntons light)

Hot liquor: 20L
Hot Liquor temp: 73ºC
Mash temp: 66ºC
Mash time: 90 mins

Boil time: 90 mins

Hops :
45g Magnum, 15.7% AA (Brupaks 2008) at 90 mins
70g Progress 6.7% AA (Brupaks 2008) at 15 mins
75g Perle 8.2% AA (Brupaks 2008) at 5 mins
80g Styrian Goldings 4.5% AA (Youngs 2008) at cooldown (80ºC for 10 mins)
50g Cascade 5.5 % AA (Brupaks) to be dryhopped after 3 days primary

Protafloc last 15 mins
Yeast: US05 x2 (hydrated)

pH 5.2
66ºC mash temp
OG 1060
