Mint Choc Stout

Tonight, i'm sipping a Mint Chocolate Stout that turned out pretty good.

I got the recipe from Randy Moshers book Radical brewing and to be honest a couple of weeks after I bottled it, the beer was ok but not great. Now though it seems to have mellowed a bit and it rather nice. If your interested the recipe is here

I actually scaled back the recipe from the one posted here and made about half in the end.
