Using up some bits and bob's and not an expert yet, but do you think it could work, EG, too much this and not enough that?

Hoping to get it on later today.

You have got a lot of sugars in there - is it going to be a bit thin? Did you base the recipe on something you saw elsewhere or is it totally from scratch?

Yes. I'd ditch the sugar completely as the honey will thin the beer out for you.

With regards to the honey, add it after the ferment has died down, preferably in a secondary fermenter. That way you'll get a good honey character in the finished beer. Don't boil it, just bring it to 80c to pasteurise it. Some people don't bother pasteurising it but I always do. Also, go for a full jar of Rowse honey. It really is amazing in a beer.

Hope this is helpful. ;-)

Beez Neez is a commercial beer made in Mildura: http://www.matildabay.com.au/our-beer/beez-neez :)
My recreation included 80% pils malt, 5% Munich, 5% Wheat, and 10% honey.
As floydmeddler suggested add the honey in secondary so that you don't lose too much aroma and flavour, for my next attempt I'd probably use more honey also.
