Any kellerbier recipe?

Post by weiht » Mon Jul 18, 2011 11:06 am

Have been enjoying at a watering hole until they stop carrying it. It's very light and fruity and refreshing, love it and only to realize that it's the German equivalent of a real ale

Hi weiht

Have a look at the link there are 2 recipes
AG and Extract none mention wheat. As for
the oak chips it requires you to make a 'tea'.
