just wondering what recipes i can get done, grain and yeast i'll buy in.

That's a pretty good spread of hops there, you can do English, German/EU, and US style beers with that lot, the limitation is your recipe and imagination really.

Iiberty ipa sounds good, like a nice ipa
Have you got a recipe for it ?

I'd go something like:

4500g pale
300g wheat
200g light crystal/cara

50g liberty full boil
50-100g liberty late

Or you could use up that 30g of target for the full boil instead if you aren't very bothered about mixing hop genres.
