So with this I set out to meet her needs in a beer and no other criteria!
3500kg pale
100g wheat malt
200g sugar
Magnum to bitter to 20 ibu's and tettnang as a 10 min and flame out addition
Fermented with Notty at 17C.
Real success, she loves it and what supprises me more I actully like it as well

It's a real pale golden colour with a tight packed pure white head.
Nice subtle maltyness and a little from the late hops, very little bitterness.
It's just a real easy drinking, wife pleasing brew and cheap as chips to brew as well
