need to use hop stocks up help plz

I'd happily suggest a bobek IPA or a first gold IPA. Or 50/50 with both.

To be honest mate , your not going to use all then hops up, best thing I can suggest is you pop them
in the post to me, they will take up alot of room in your dust bin and then the missus will
probly start giving you ear ache and end up falling out, selling the house ect ect, and you don't want all that hassle!

Progress would work good in a porter. First gold in a bitter. Never used bobek.

1st gold it awesome in pale beers. I do a pale with 1stG and bobek that goes a little summin like this..............

Trio Gold (5gal)

80% pale malt
10% wheat malt
7% british munich malt
3% medium crystal

30 IBU First Gold 60 mins (about 30g)
8 IBU Goldings 15 mins (about 30g)
50g Stirian Goldings (Bobek) flame out

lovely beer.
