Has anyone seen/created recipes for some of the Porterhouse Brewing Co. beers? Recipes for Wrasslers XXXX Stout, TSB, Plain Porter, An Brain Blasta and Porterhouse Red are particularly welcome.
Ah, if only they would open a Porterhouse in Amsterdam...
Any Porterhouse clones?
Here is some info for you
Porterhouse Red

At last an Irish Red Ale with a traditional hop flavour to balance the fruit character of the yeast and the luscious caramel flavour notes delivered from the malts used, as opposed to artifiacially added.

Grain: Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, Wheat Malt, Flaked Barley, Roast Malt.
Hops: Galena, Nugget, East Kent, Goldings.
Made to arecipe originally brewed by Deasy's of West Cork in the early 1900's. This was Michael Collins' favourite tipple - a stout like your gradfather used to drink. A fine fullsome stout, full in every way, a pungent aroma of late kettle hops. A generous quantity of roast grain for flavour, bitter with flaked barley producing that body.
Oyster
Alcohol by volume: 4.8%
Grain: Pale Malt, Roast Barley, Black Malt, Flaked Barley.
Hops: Galena, Nugget, East Kent Goldings.
Brainblasta
Alcohol by volume: 7%
Grain: Pale ale malt, Crystal Malt, Torrified Wheat, Chocolate Malt.
Hops: Fuggles, East Kent Goldings, Nugget, Galena, Liberty Hops.
A deep copper coloured brew, offering the beer connoisseur the complexity of flavour expected from thrice hopping and longer fermentation, leading to a fruit character from both the late kettle Goldings and yeast fermentation flavour, balanced by a soft bitterness, malty sweetness and full floral aroma of Fuggles dry hops.
Use it, don't abuse it.
