My local Micro brews a really lovely light coloured beer with ginger. It really makes the hoppiness of the beer zing and I would like to make one for drinking this summer. Does any one have a recipe idea for something like this or could point me in the right direction, Also can I assume that if bottled it could last up to 6 months?
