Hi all,

I am doing this brew today..

Its a bit haphazard, so wondering if any of you american pale officionados would be able to tell me if there is anything mega wrong with it?

OG 1051
IBU 49
ABV 5.1

Grist
MO 4060g
munich 580g
Caramalt 580g
Torrified Wheat 580g

Hops
Columbus (tomahawk) 10 @ 90
Centennial 20 @ 10
Columbus 20 @ 10
Amarillo 20 @ 10
Centennial 20 @ 0 (60 min steep)
Columbus 20 @ 0 (60 min steep)
Amarillo 20 @ 0 (60 min steep)

Ferment with White labs california ale (WLP001) @ 20C, Drop down to clear after 7 days dry hopping.
Dry hop with 20g each of Columbus, centennial, amarillo

I am going for a big earthy orangey piney citrussy resiny american pale

cheers :D
