Looks OK good to me - might drop the bittering addition by a few IBU myself, and correct the 0 min additions Otherwise, looks like a nice bitter.

I've never seen much point in those mid-boil additions.
I'd lose the 30 minute addition, boost the 60 min addition to get the IBU you want then chuck the rest in at flameout.
With bitters I tend to aim for an IBU a bit less than the gravity, so for a 1.039 OG I'd probably go for about 30 to 35 IBU but bitterness is a personal choice!

I agree with boingy, sort of!! I'd drop the 30 mins, get 60 mins to 30IBU or so, 5 IBU at 5 or 10 mins and rest at flameout.
