liberty IPA

Post by pas8280 » Tue Feb 21, 2012 8:43 pm

Folks having brewed quite a few session ales recently i feel the time is ripe to do another IPA, sort of 5.5% ABV and 60-70 IBU
Now here comes the conundrum as i am going to be doing a 50L brew length i'm going to be using quite a few hops I have loads of Liberty, Cascade, Cluster, Fuggles and Citra a reasonable amount of Saaz, Stella, Summer and Sladek, some smaller amounts of things like Nelson Sauvin, Challenger, Pioneer, Progress and Golding etc (not sure exactly what i have  )
So I was leaning towards an all Liberty IPA however I have no idea what to expect from this hop and suspect it would be better used with other hops, hence the post can anyone help with this or has other suggestions for a decent IPA with the hops afforementioned
Cheers Paul
